Iowa Donor Net­work could not achieve its mis­sion of trans­form­ing lives through the gift of organ and tis­sue dona­tion with­out the assis­tance of funer­al homes. The role receiv­ing funer­al homes play in the dona­tion process is immea­sur­able and we appre­ci­ate all they do to sup­port donor fam­i­lies fol­low­ing their loved one’s gift of donation.

Iowa Donor Net­work estab­lished the Donor Friend­ly Funer­al Home Pro­gram to rec­og­nize Iowa funer­al homes that have tak­en a proac­tive approach toward dona­tion by either: mak­ing a refer­ral, host­ing a dona­tion relat­ed edu­ca­tion, fly­ing the Donate Life flag or going above and beyond to assist in the dona­tion process. The funer­al homes list­ed below have met the estab­lished cri­te­ria and are con­sid­ered a Donor Friend­ly Funer­al Home.
