Our Commitment to Donor Families

We humbly pledge to support donor families through their grief, providing compassion & understanding to inspire hope & healing.”

- Iowa Donor Network’s Donor Family Care Team

We realize saying goodbye to a loved one can be difficult and that everyone’s grief journey is different. The role of our Donor Family Care team is to offer support and resources to meet the needs of each donor family member, regardless of their relationship to the donor or type of loss they have endured. Our Donor Family Care team is here to offer a listening ear, facilitate potential correspondence between donor families and recipients, provide information on available grief materials and support groups, as well as notify families of up-coming donation related events. We are also able to provide the designated family representative with updates as to how their loved one’s gift(s) positively impacted others.

Please contact a member of our Donor Family Care team toll-free at 8554319844 or email us at donorservices2@iadn.org to let us know how we can best support you and your family.

Our Vision:

All are inspired to donate life.
