Request Education or Event Support

Please use this form to request edu­ca­tion­al sup­port from Iowa Donor Net­work. This includes, but is not lim­it­ed to, requests for:
• A pre­sen­ta­tion about organ, eye and tis­sue dona­tion
• A staffed infor­ma­tion table at a health fair or com­mu­ni­ty event
• Vol­un­teers
• Edu­ca­tion­al mate­ri­als (reg­istry brochures, one-page info­graph­ic fly­ers, oth­er IDN give­aways)

All requests are wel­come and will be con­sid­ered. We kind­ly ask for requests to be sub­mit­ted at least 30 days before your dead­line to accom­mo­date for staff or vol­un­teer sched­ul­ing, as well as ample time to gath­er and ship mate­ri­als. A mem­ber of our Com­mu­ni­ty Affairs and Devel­op­ment team will review your request and fol­low up as soon as possible.
