Volunteer Opportunity: Cedar Rapids Farmers' Market

Time: 6:30 AM - 12:30 PM
Location: Downtown Cedar Rapids
Total Number of Volunteers Needed: 6
Stall Size: This stall is a SMALL (non-vehicle) space measuring approximately 15 ft. x 15 ft. in the street.
Stall Location: Specific stall locations will be assigned closer to the start of the market.
ACCESSING YOUR STALL ON MARKET DAY
You have two options to access your stall location on the date you are approved to attend:
With Your Vehicle – This option allows you to drive a vehicle into the venue to unload your items, then exit and park before returning on foot to set up your stall. You MUST ARRIVE BY 5:45 a.m. to use this option. Vehicles are not permitted to enter the venue after the official staging process is completed.
Walk Your Items In – If you prefer to arrive later, you may park outside the venue and walk your items in using a cart or wagon. Please have your booth fully set up by 7:20 a.m. for the 7:30 a.m. bell to open the market.
