It came as no surprise to me to learn my dad was an organ donor, when I found myself unexpectedly making funeral arrangements for him. He had a very strong sense of empathy. He knew what it was like to be down and out, and in need of some help. Luckily he never forgot those times, and did all he could for anyone in need while he was here. Its an honor to him and myself to know even after his passing, he was able to help those in need. Everyone who knew him took an L. He will be sadly missed.
