Neola, IA Celebrate and honor Wylie Ragland's birthday! Wylie loved to golf and spend many days golfing with his boys, friends, and making new ones on the course! Let's celebrate and honor him for his birthday on Sunday, May 21, 2017. Wylie was a generous organ donor and the gifts he's given to others is incredible. To honor this, the organizers will donate funds raised to Nebraska Organ Recovery where Wylie was a donor.
