Donate Life Iowa is a coalition of agencies responsible for organ, tissue, eye, blood and marrow donation, as well as donor education and registration in Iowa. It is one of 45 regional coalitions and 50 national businesses or associations making up Donate Life America, a not-for-profit alliance that serves as a national voice and inspires all people to save and enhance lives through organ, eye and tissue donation.

Iowa Donor Network is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) agency certified by the United States Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. To fulfill our mission, IDN works with more than 100 hospitals across the state of Iowa. We integrate our work in organ/tissue recovery and organ distribution with a leading role in public education, hospital development and family support services.
Iowa Lions Eye Bank is a non-profit service organization dedicated to the restoration and preservation of sight through the recovery, processing and distribution of human ocular tissue for transplantation and research, primarily in Iowa, but also throughout the world.
My Angel Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit focused on inspiring Iowans to become registered organ, eye and tissue donors. My Angel Foundation was founded by Ted Cochran in January of 2007. Ted received a life-saving kidney transplant on August 29, 2006. Ted's loving mother was his donor. With the passion of wanting to be an advocate for the very thing that saved his life - organ donation, he founded the My Angel Foundation.
